1.组蛋白乙酰基转移酶MOF及其复合物的生物学功能及其分子机制研究; 2.组蛋白乙酰基转移酶MOF及其复合物在肿瘤发病中的作用机理研究以及肿瘤靶向治疗药物的研发; 3.间充质干细胞(MSC)干性维持和定向分化中的表观遗传调控机制研究;4.人参皂苷Rg3介导MSC对心肌损伤治疗作用研究。
